Anglican Theological Review: in “Kathryn Tanner and the Receptivity of Christ and the Church,” Dr. Mikke Higton (U. of Durham, UK) is wonky-tonking about little in Tanner’s “action” account. Weird. Trinity Journal (TEDS, Spring 2022): in “Repetition with Variation in the Dialogue and Narrative of Judges,” Dr. Elizabeth Backfish discusses some verbal hints in the Ehud story. Table Talk (August 2022): Exodus 21—the lex talionis of a life for a life, eye for eye, etc., as measured responses proportionate to the crime. Abortion is included in the discussion. Table Talk (September 2022): “The Doctrine of Man:” Dr. Riddlebarg concludes his basic discussion of man at bipartite. Standard Bearer: (July 2022): in “God’s Wondrous Works: Christ the Door,” Rev. Laning discusses Christ as the Door and the Light of the world.. Standard Bearer (August 2022): in “God’s People in the World,” Rev Holstege discusses living the antithesis as the light of the world. Standard Bearer (September 2022): in “How shall the PRCA responds,” Prof. Gritters comments on the RPC schism and sexual revelations calling for repentance. Bibliotheca Sacra (Jan-Mar 2021): in “A Chronology of the Life of Christ with Emphasis on the Nativity and Epiphany,” Kurt Simmons, J.D., finally expands the narrower focus to include the larger chronology of Christ’s life.
