1.     Essentially, Crumwell over-shadowed Dr. Cranmer and enforced Supremacy nationwide with Injunctions in 1536 and 1538. Dr. Cranmer was marvelously compliant with the new Pope Henry VIII and his deputy Pope, Crumwell, as the Supreme Head of the Church.
