Eusebius (c. 260-c.340) was perhaps the most learned man of his time, was an exegete, a church historian, a theologian, a wide-traveler, a student of Pamphilius, a library-builder, and a eulogizer of Constantine. He perhaps is best known for his church history, his eulogy of Constantine, and for quasi-Arianism.
