Anglican Theological Review (Aug 2022): “`Love is our Lord’s Meaning:’ Spiritual Formation in Julian of Norwich and Desmond Tutu,” Frank England discusses the Black Plague and economic disturbance in the mid-to-late 14th century, including Norwich. Anglican and Episcopal History (Aug 2022): in in “Huguenot Anglican in Seventeenth Century Virginia,” Rev. Lonnie Lee explores how English Huguenots adapted their polity to the BCP. This would transfer to the colony. Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society (Mar 2022): in “Societally Derived or Studiously Prosecuted? God, Revelation, Education and David Payne:” Dr. Christopher Sarver notes that Payne stressed education for black clergy and laity in the AME. His theology was shaped by the Bible, not a social construct. Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society (June 2022): in “Evangelicals, Justice and the Civil War,” Dr. Obie Tyler Todd discusses sin, guilt, atonement and justice in the southern and northern theologies. ??.
