The principal Articles exhibited by Hugh Rawlins and Thomas Lee against Master Ferrar (4). The articles essentially accuse Dr. Ferrar of massive managerial, fiscal and legal mismanagement, favoritism and covetousness. (St. David’s is out in no-man’s lands…way out there and hidden in a valley.)
